Originally drawn to Litchfield County in 1995 as a weekend homeowner, Stacey and her husband quickly fell in love with the area’s natural beauty, outdoor lifestyle, and strong sense of community. After restoring an antique farmhouse as a country retreat, they made the decision to relocate full-time to raise their twin sons in the hills of northwestern Connecticut. That personal journey gives Stacey a unique understanding of the lifestyle transition many of her clients are seeking when moving from city to country.

Prior to her real estate career, Stacey spent twelve years in finance in New York City, experience that continues to inform her sharp analytical approach to valuation, investment potential, and transaction strategy. Clients value not only her business acumen, but also her ability to guide them through every aspect of establishing a life in the area. From recommending schools, camps, and clubs to sharing trusted local resources for renovation, design, landscaping, and dining, Stacey is known for creating lasting relationships that extend well beyond the closing table.

A passionate preservationist and design enthusiast, Stacey has personally renovated ten homes, giving her an exceptional eye for identifying hidden potential and maximizing value.
