Why Work With William Raveis Lifestyles Realty?

We have recently purchased a Condo through Florence.  Most real estate professionals would complete the sale and then leave you on your own.  I must say she has helped us through a very emotional transition from a house to a smaller Condo.  She was on the spot for the initial inspection and final "walk through". She represented our needs with the Bank and Lawyers as well.  Thanks to her interior design background, she has helped us find the best Contractor and Custom Cabinet makers to guide us through the renovations we desire.  She is even helping us with our renovation selections.  Quite honestly, I could never have done this without her.  There is no question in our minds that we will now use Florence to sell our house.

My experience with Florence to sell my house went beyond expectations. I was lucky to have Florence helping me wrapping up the renovation and staging the house. Her advice in interior design and landscaping made a huge impact so the property was perfectly and beautifully ready for showings without spending extra budget. She was so proactive during the whole process managing smoothly and quickly all aspects from inspections to final signatures. I was able to sell my house at a much better price than I expected which says it all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have worked with many real estate professionals in my day. Some mediocre and some quite good.  However I have never encountered an agent as focused, concientious and detail oriented as Florence.  What sets Florence apart is that she is not an agent working for a commission. She is a partner helping you to realize a dream. Not only did Florence show us multiple properties and invest the time but she knew what not to show to protect our time.  After our offer was made an accepted Florence was still on the job ensuring that everything was tied up correctly including providing valuable contacts and resources to help us in completing diligence and closing the deal.  I will not hesitate to recommend Florence or to work with her again in the future.  I highly recommend her as a person as a professional and now, I hope, as a friend.
