First and foremost she earned our trust. Both as Renters and Buyers, categorically she always looked out for our long term best interests and even when it was increasingly becoming a "Sellers Market, " she never pressured us or looked to hasten a quick sale. We were by no means "big ticket" Buyers but she treated us as such, she hung in there with us, explored all avenues, and put in a lot of work (beyond the call of duty) on our behalf.
