Some mediocre and some quite good.  However I have never encountered an agent as focused, concientious and detail oriented as Florence.  What sets Florence apart is that she is not an agent working for a commission. Rebecca did a great job matching our family with the right house for us.  She was patient with our 3 young kids tagging along on the search.  She also immediately understood we were not looking for a cookie cutter house, but for a unique space that could become an oasis for our family for a long time to come.  She was great in handling all of the closing logistics at well - coordinating with a slew of inspectors and managing the close out process for us to get a price reduction without damaging any relationship with the sellers, who are our new neighbors.  She is a great combination of energetic, friendly, and professional, and comes highly recommended.

I was referred to The Matthews Group by residents (now former) of Washington (CT) who were very pleased with the marketing and sale of their home. I met Beth Morgan at my home and decided to list my house that day. The virtual photos taken of my home’s interior and exterior were amazing and conveyed the potential of the property. While my home was listed, extensive repairs were necessary due to weather-related damages. With my permission, Beth checked on my empty house frequently.
