The owner and executive chef of the Main Street Grill in Watertown, John Bourdeau, has opened a modern wine bar in the center of New Preston. Modeled after an authentic European wine bar, The Owl provides a cozy intimate setting for you to relax with a glass of wine or craft beer. The wine bar features an extensive list of wines including the typical wine by the glass as well as rare wines. There is also a ‘small bites’ menu that features snacks such as nuts and olives, local meats and cheeses chosen to complement the wines and beers available, and various desserts.
